To request a restore please submit a support ticket indicating each item you need to have restored and to which date.
Each restore item is billed out at $10.00.
For example:
- 1 web site wwwroot folder and 1 database -> $20.00
- 1 mail domain -> $10.00
- 3 web site files within the same web site -> $10.00
- 3 web site files in 3 separate web sites -> $30.00
Please note that we cannot restore any item past 15 days for any services, we therefore advise you notify us as soon as possible when needing a restore.
We also suggest you keep your own set of backups.
