HOW TO: Creating Custom Name servers with a GoDaddy.com account

To create custom name servers with Godaddy please follow these instructions:

1. Login to your Godaddy registrar control panel
2. After you login and from the "Domain Names" drop down menu, click on manage domains
3. Locate the domain for which you would like to create nameservers
4. Click on the domain name
5. Scroll down and click on "host summary"
6. Click "add"
7. Enter ns1 in the Host field as your first name server and name server IP (please submit a support ticket to obtain the IPs).
You will notice many boxes available for IP's on the nameserver creation page at godaddy. Just use one for ns1 and one for ns2.
8. Click on "OK" and do the same for ns2
9. allow from 24 -72 hours for the changes to take effect
